Resumen
Uno de los más grandes problemas a los que se ha enfrentado México a lo largo de los años es la lucha contra la delincuencia, en este caso por parte de los jóvenes quienes, a su corta edad, por distintos factores, personales y/o contextuales, han caído en manos de esta, debiendo ser juzgados ante la ley, quien por su seguridad y la de la población, se encarga de determinar mediante diversos procesos las medidas de seguridad más aptas para su readaptación, protección y vigilancia, trabajo sumamente importante y muy complejo, para el cual se requiere de un equipo multidisciplinario y capacitado que trabaje adecuándose a las diferentes necesidades y factores que intervienen en cada individuo, así como a la edad vulnerable en la que se encuentran.
Abstract
One of the greatest problems in Mexico has faced over the years is the fight against crime, in this case by young people who, at their young age, due to different personal and/or contextual factors, have fallen into the hands of delinquency and must be judged before the law, which, for their safety and that of the population, is responsible for determining through different processes the most appropriate security measures for their readaptation, protection and surveillance. This is an extremely important and complex task, which requires a multidisciplinary and trained team that works adapting to the different needs and factors that intervene in each individual, as well as the vulnerable age in which they find themselves.
